1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

I will meet with you learn your preferences and conduct a free Home Seller Consultation to determine your needs and wishes for the sale of your home, learn your homes features and benefits and consult you on financial considerations.

2. DESIGNATE CHRIS AS YOUR REALTOR

You don't need to work with any other REALTOR. This will save you time & money. I will save you time by marketing your property to as many sources as possible. I will save you money by representing your interests & offering an objective opinion on all the options. I want to make your Real Estate sale fun, efficient, and successful for you. 3. CMA (Comparable Market Analysis)

I will do a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) on your home, helping you set the most effective sales price for your home.

4. RESEARCH THE BEST MARKETING STRATEGY

I will research and share with you the best marketing strategy for your home, using:
• Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Buy, Sell, Invest - Utah Website
• My network of Realtors
• Other inside sources I may have

5. MAKE APPOINTMENTS

I will schedule appointments for buyers to see your property.

6. FULL DISCLOSURE

I will provide you with factual information regarding the sale of your property.

7. WEEKLY REPORT

I will gather information for you on a weekly basis regarding the status of the sale of your home, not only what I have been doing to sell your home, but what my entire office has been doing to ensure the timely sale of your home.

8. INCREASE YOUR EQUITY

I will consult with you and suggest ways to make your property more appealing increasing your resale value.

9. PROCESS EDUCATION

I will thoroughly review with you the Real Estate Purchase Contract, appropriate addendums, disclosure forms, and all details including buyer contingencies, obligations, and closing costs.

10. OFFER REVIEW

I will review the Buyer's offer with you, negotiate the best sales price and terms on your behalf, and help bring the transaction to a successful closing. I will explain all paperwork and procedures to you and coordinate with the Buyer for you.

11. MANAGE TRANSACTION DETAILS

I will monitor, coordinate & advise you on critical closing details including inspections, contract deadlines, contingencies, approvals, the mortgage process, insurance requirements, final walk through, etc.

12. ATTEND SETTLEMENT

I will accompany you to the Settlement, review the documents for accuracy and answer any final questions you may have.

13. COORDINATE CLOSING

I will assist in coordinating your move with the Buyer.
